How do I add items to inventory?
In the ‘Inventory’ section, click ‘Add item’, then enter the name, quantity, purchase price, supplier, and other parameters. The system will automatically calculate service cost price.
How do I set up automatic write-off of materials?
When creating a service, specify which materials are used and in what quantities. When the service is delivered, the system will automatically write off the required amount from inventory.
Can I set minimum stock levels?
Yes, you can set a minimum level for each item. When the quantity reaches that level, the system will send a notification that replenishment is needed.
How do I track expiry dates?
When adding an item, enter its expiry date. The system will automatically track items nearing expiry and notify you in advance.
Can I export inventory reports?
Yes, detailed reports are available for stock movements, balances, write-offs, and purchases. All reports can be exported to Excel or PDF for accounting.
